Inconel alloy 625
Inconel625 is a solid solution reinforced nickel-based deformation superalloy with molybdenum and niobium as the main strengthening elements. It has excellent corrosion resistance and oxidation resistance, good tensile and fatigue properties from low temperature to 980℃, and stress corrosion resistance in salt spray atmosphere. Therefore, it can be widely used in the manufacture of aircraft engine parts, aerospace structural parts and chemical equipment. Alloy processing and welding performance is good, can supply all kinds of plate, bar, pipe, wire, strip and forging.
Inconel alloy is a nickel-ferrochrome nickel-base corrosion resistant and heat resistant alloy, which has the following characteristics:
Good resistance to reduction, oxidation, nitriding medium corrosion performance at room temperature and high temperature has good resistance to stress corrosion cracking performance good resistance to drying chlorine and hydrogen chloride gas corrosion performance below 650°C has high strength, good molding, easy to weld; In air, the maximum operating temperature is 1175°C
